10 x 600m on the bloody track. Hate it with a passion.

Did about 7 400s on the track
The race does not always go to the swift, but to the ones who keep running

i wouldn't have made it there in time anyway, as i didn;t finish work til 7 - thankfully the notts ac 5 is only 2 mins away from my work although I was still the last to register

actually though, I have started doing some earlier shifts now so might actually be able to do some mid week races

    did alright thanks

*cough*47mins*cough* (well it's good for me!)

5 and a half miles race last night Harrock Hill - talk about muddy and more than a little bit slippy good course though but know what to expect next time

almost 7 miles this morning from Seatoller to Sty head tarn, up great gable, over to windy gap, etc etc back down into Honister.
Not ideal conditions - but then driving rain, howling winds and thick clag never are glad we remembered the compasses!!

I think it was fun?!!! couldn't think of a better place to be though - I said to Huw if I wasn't half way up Great Gable at quarter past 9 I'd have only been at home doing chores - I know which one i'd rather!

    well done on your race
