50 mins road with the club last night. Prob not a good idea as ribs are killin me this morning.

They are are all outside training and enjoying the elements,well they seem to be around where i live.
The older I get the Faster I was
8 miles at lunchtime yesterday in the wind, then 10.5 last night in the wind and rain. Only way I can fit my 'long' runs in is by doubling up !!
I appreciate that its probably not the same as doing 18 miles in one hit but I cant fit the long stuff in on a weekend due to family etc.
Anyone else do this ?

50min steady run, plus some exercises, on the road in Alty today.
Got up 5am, gentle Achille stretching and left home at 5:22. Alty is abetter place to run at such reasonable traffic-free times. Pity was dark.
Next Thursday AT op.
2 mile warm
4 x 1 mile intervals with 1/2 recoveries
2 mile cool down
that made 36 miles in 3 days !!! Come ONNNNNNNNN !!!
