Out late last night so not up for much today, just a steady, hilly, trail & road 4 miles first thing in the morning.
Cold wet windy and black, I am really sick of running in the dark! Dog was happy (blooming border collies!) and she had another 4 in the afternoon with my other half.
Felt tired all day so not out this evening but half day tomorrow so will try a daylight hill run, maybe the Whangie!
Is it meant to be this hard?
4.5 mile tonight on the XC/trail route around Pex Hill. Very heavy going in places on the XC section and the hill climbs.
dropped car at garage and ran into work today
bloody soaked
mixed trail/ road hilly 4 in the dark, but no rain yet so made the most of it. Took it easy as hoping for something more fun on the hills this afternoon.

4.8 mile/ 1031ft. Wet,wet,wet
Hills and Guinness!
4 miles very easy after my v02 max test yesterday
got to run back to the garage now
A boring 4 miler (2 out and 2 back) along the canal at lunchtime...... made somewhat more exciting by my realising the need for a poo at the half way point.
Made it back in the nick of time - phew!
Yet another wet and boggy trail run loop onto the King's higway. Both legs feel fresh so I am slowly building up the milage. Don't mind all this wet & windy stuff, I like running in adverse weather.
