Did 8 x 400m efforts at lunch in 75-80sec. So 5-10 sec off my pace, but didn't feel sore for the first time since the weekend.

14 mile 2000ft with Swoop + friend and SteveC very wet under foot around the Mickledon Straddle. less than 2 weeks now.
Six Mile very easy on the Canal at Lunchtime.
4.25 miles reasonably hilly, easy-paced, all on road.
tried a run but lasted 1 mile before pain was to much,geetting rather annoyed now,losing motivation fast
Nice undulating 7.5m along the West Highland Way north of Drymen, first 4.5 easy with partner then pushing last three at my norml lone pace (8min/mileish). Felt lead legged after 12 days running but that what easy weeks are for. Rest day this Friday though so just easig through to that before hitting Hadrians wall.

10 mile steady. Felt windy out there tonight.
Shattered today. Started back at work for the first time after the baby. I have only done 7 days work since the Christmas break and have a holiday coming up in 2 weeks!!! Can't wait.
