8.75 miles/1950' Over Pen-Y-Ghent and Plover hill and back to Horton via Horton Moor, Hull Pot & Outaber. Heavy going from trig to Plover hill - very misty, windy and boggy. Took the camera but no views to be had from the tops. Took one on my approach back to Horton but as it was a grey day I have prettified it in photoshop
6 mile steady plod down the canal,didnt take my gps,i knew where i was going.
5m off road on singlespeed to work, well actually it was on me most of the time. 4m home on it, weekend

steady 11 along west highland way. SHE was going to Liverpool so dropped me in town and I ran home, Ben Lomond emerging from the cloud as I went. Sometimes life is sweet (often when not at work)!

A short steady 4.3 mile with Tryfan yesterday on the trail paths around Pex Hill on part of my normal route.
10 mile through Hadfield/Glossop, nice and sunny !!
10 miles slow run round Ladybowyer in shorts and vest with my 10 year old daughter/coach. Beautiful day but the sunshine had brought sooooo many people out.
Bumped in to Darth and team accelerate.
Only a short run today of just over 3 miles around my normal route in lovely sunshine.
