Hills and Guinness!
Couldn't stick the end of the Scotland Wales match so took the dog out for a 2nd run, this time a flatish road and trail 5. Felt good after this morning, but hope I haven't overcooked it as planning to go long tomorrow. Ah well it is a lovely day, but the WHW, which I crossed for half a mile each way, was so busy, must have seen 9 other people!!!

Is it meant to be this hard?
What a day! Didn't think I'd be running without a base layer in February
Just come back from a recce of the Trollers Trot LDWA event - 24 miles and 3000' in Wharfedale (according to the organiser - not sure about the total climb figure though). Really nice route but a bloody stupid idea given that I've had a cold all week. Still, 4.17 ain't too bad, hope to convert that into sub-4 on the day.
78 miles/4600' on the bike this morning round to Burnsall. Road run tommoz then 100 bike on Wed. That's the plan
2hrs 20mins or so off-road with Keighley clubmates. Good fun and great to be out running on a truly stunning day
30mins run through woods, beautiful day legs ache a bit from heather hopping yesterday.
