    After 2 days rest did a 5km Treadmill run in the gym in 20 mins as part of a fitness session with my students this afternoon.

    An enjoyable little 4.5 mile/930' trail run this afternoon. It's great to be back in some comfy shoes and not have to grimace, gurn and grind around a route hoping your shoes will eventually wear in!
    Weather forecast for the morning does not look too sexy so it looks like my ride up to Ribblehead & Ingleton will be a damp one - never mind.

    After yesterdays elation its back to earth with a bang. 5m of hilly road and trail in the dark. Felt good after work though all the same.

    A nice steady 5 mile head torch run tonight around the XC and trail paths of Pex Hill. Bloody Spooky in the dark.

    5 mile steady off road run to work, just drinking in the scenery and fresh air, felt bloody great when i got to work, calm, relaxed, just as well, i've had the shift from hell today. 10pm did not come soon enough

    Yesterday - 8 miles in the morning (the joys of flexitime ) about 80% off road - an extension/variation of Wednesday's route with more time on and around Post Hill.
