Circular route (with an extra hill thrown in) from Holme village. Just under 12 miles and 2200ft of climb in total. Tired now.

Hills and Guinness!
10.2 road miles with 1400ft in 1.20 hours. Much further than I planned, felt very steady but running down hill was a struggle, my back really didn't like that but coped with every thing else.
Will try some tentative off road on Saturday.
5 and a bit miles up in the hills - my calf didn't like going up hill much but was pretty good on the straight and the downwards bits.
A lovely off road but flat 4.5 miles around Entwistle Reservoir.
It was great to get off the roads, knee felt okay on what downhills I did.
Going to roll the IT Band on a frozen 2 litre bottle of water now.
As Michael Jackson used to say OWWWW

Only bike commute today.
Tram to work this morning and ran home through Prestwich Clough/Outwood. Great stuff this BST. Birdsong for company.
9 miles 71 mins.
Out for a 40 minute recovery, managed 1 x 500ft climb and it all felt much better after that. Turkey salad roll + cup o' tea now and all is right with the world!
A good paced 42 mins today - would've been longer but off out shortly and need bite to eat first!!
