Lakeland Loop cyclosportive, 69.03 miles 5h18m3s 7648ft of ascent pedalled up everything including Hardknott Pass on a 39:27 ratio, got to be chuffed with that Finished 1 hour and 1hour 17 in front of my two mates, so i'm not very popular with them, especially after i missed the exit off the M6 and nearly landed us all in Scotland on the way up Nice to meet up with Emmilou, who had enjoyed it that much she said she could go round again
