Easy 45mins on roads last night, first run since Kinder on Sunday. Was OK after I'd warmed up a bit and relieved that the "niggles" I had turned out not to be injuries!
Last 2 days training:
Monday - 45 mins towpath/road/woodland(hilly)
Tuesday - Bike commute mostly on wet towpath (c13 miles round trip) then 33 mins run - similar mix to Monday.
4.54 miles running on the treadmill today at 6.36 pace
'Undulating' 10k after work at 7pm. Perfect temp. 47 mins
Nowt much today 4 mile to work on road bike, flew up ripponden bank like Lance Armstrong 4 mile home in rain I will run tomorrow!!!!!!
Hills and Guinness!
A wee recce around Dovestones last night, 1h 10m. It was half a degree at the cp and a mixture of hail and sleat all the way round. Visibility v. poor indeed so the pace was slow - makes it difficult picking your way around the rocks.
Who'd have thought we'd be having snow on April 17th?
Blimey when did I last post on here. I was away at the weekend. Did a good 20 on trails around worcester at mara pace despite it being quite muddy. It was SO flat. Felt pleased with that and went out in the same are for 10 at the same pace the next day. Then planned 2 days off to recover but this extended to three as I was swamped on returning to work.
Last night did a hilly road 8 in mara pace, feeling good and comfy. Just a nice recover 4 this morning in a bitter easterly wind. Maybe a short run tomorrow but saving it for the Anni Waltz now. Bring your long johns

Is it meant to be this hard?
