1h 20mins on hilly roads, including 2 x 500ft climbs. Windy on the tops (felt cold) but v. warm in the valleys so was sweating buckets. Can't win with the weather!

Easy trot around the Whangie Whizz race route, 4.25 miles, 780 ft. Nice run, best I have felt all week.

Very dry on tops, even the peat bogs were only damp! We are living in worrying times.

Is it meant to be this hard?

20.08 miles/3748 total ascent, 3.39.35. One word, WINDY Not me, the weather, at one point i was running with a diagonal slant, when i got out of the wind i felt like a drunk, couldn't run in a straight line. Last 6 miles all downhill, but against the wind, hard bloody yardage, finished with ten minutes in river, enjoyed it that much i might go and do it again, the river, not the run
