no weather was suprisingly good - didnt set off till mid day. Was much warmer than i thought it would be. some of the tracks and field before last climb were a bit damp but nothing to write home about - loads of people out to
5 miles 800ft ascent, very wet and wild out there
5.5 miles, 700ft, friendly inter club race, foray south of the Clyde for a run in Greenock. Nice race, steep climbs but lots of trail. Felt ok, pushing well up hill and feeling steady if not sharp. Not surprising less than 2 weeks after a mara I guess. Actually more surprised at how good I did feel.
As long as I am still moving tomorrow I think I will give Duddon a bash, aiming to just get round rather than racing hard (for me) and using it to get fit for Ennerdale.
