How about next Monday nights race, I'll introduce you both.

If not look for the guy in a superman style stretch top. It makes him look lean and mean

    Sunday
9 miles easy - 63 minutes with the lads! Got absolutely soaked but was still an enjoyable easy run. Far beats doing it on your own

    Monday
Managed to squeeze in a 4 mile easy run after revision at about 8.30pm.

    Tuesday
3 miles warm up and cool down
    3 x 1 mile (first 5 mins steep uphill, 1 min flat, 1min30 downhill)
    90 seconds recov between reps. 7.36, 7.33, 7.32
A tough session but was moving pretty well, although suffered a little on the steepest part of the climb. Total-9

5.5 miles and about 1500ft of ascent, paddy pole route variation dropping down almost to sheepfold from paddys pole and back up to true summit. Back in time to do registration for paddys pole race

2 hours in the new gym. First exercise in 12 days
Full body weights workout + abs.
    2000m row
    8 mile bike
20 mins on one of those stairclimber jobbies
Feel refreshed now, still limping tho!
Hubbies going to fix by bike so I can do some proper cycling in the fresh air!
