Easy 5 miles on canal towpaths this evening, still feeling fresh even after last nights 14 miler
Fantastic 7 mile run from Embsay res to Rylstone cross, (can't believe the mad people who raced it in the dark) across the bridle way to Embsay crag and a flying descent back to the start. A clear cool evening . Two pints in the Narrow boat. What more could you want in life?
Why would anyone want to run on the road.....hot hard tarmac? Very strange.
Felt pooped so just 60mins mainly on roads. Threw in a couple of climbs and some off-road. Really nippy out and didn't see a soul (as usual). Resting up now until Sunday.
3 miles towpath . slow as a slow thing
4 miles on towpath, first run i have really enjoyed for a while !
