I just can't bring myself to plod round those resers with all those luvly luvly moors on each side - I do try to make the effort and do some intervals down the trail now and again though!

Yes, I am enjoying the school holidays.
It means I can drive out to the hills without having to crawl through the "school run"!
The maths books can stay where they are.

A 5 miler last night up and round the back of High Hill over Settle; I felt like I had found an extra gear too which is nice.

33 mins round Mossy Lea, back to five runs now as Cricket season is coming to a close, will build up to Seven + , regain a proper base, start some sessions and choose some races !!

Last night -Easy "stumble" over to Churchhill playing fields track, Greenfield. 3 x pyramid at 25/50/75 + 100, followed by 20 mins diagonals on the soccer pitch... Not run on a track since school days, some of the lads had organised the track session, a nice change bit of variety! Realised that I am no longer a gazelle more of a mule

Merry, when I've finished my 2nd mug of tea I'll be nipping down to the Strid Woods at Bolton Abbey for a 4 or 5miler! Sleep well :-)
