5.5 mile on Pex Hill this afternoon after work in glorious sunshine.
a cracking night run along Derwent Edge, not a breath of wind and sooo clear.
The stars were amazing.
last half of TOP from Barley fantastic day even caught some sun, shirts off half way round it was that hot down Mealey. Quick slurp at Foxes well made the day.
Binn Green - Thomas Platt Memorial Cross - Edges to Top Res - Wimberry - Alphin and back to Binn Green.(2.12.31hrs nice n'easy does it!)

5.4k approx on the sea front at Hatlepool. Out and back course, FLAT, very flat! (Thats the course and not how I felt!) 5 x 2mins afterwards and a long warm down.
