Just bike commute yesterday but extended journey home (8 miles instead of usual 5 mile road route).
Bike commute (5 mile each way!!) then c4.8 miles (38 mins) hilly road run tonight - in white road shoes
Biked in to work, dodging wagons in the dark. About 40 mins.
Six Miles on a new found hilly route around Dukinfield Golf course
8.5 mile with a from Crowden up West end- Tooleyshaw- Blackhill and down TT route with Plumbum. Another pea souper.
2.5 miles off road with doggy this morning
1 hour on bike on road this afternoon

It hurt. Drizzly, my favourite intervals weather !

Dove stones ,top Chew res,Laddow,up to Black Hill down Tankys route to Crowden and back up to Laddow.Back on the same route back to top Chew and dovestones car park good enjoyable run even though the clag was down
Greenfield - Plantation - Dovestone Quarries - Yeoman Hey Res - Greenfield Res - back down path to Dovestones and back into Greenfield via Tanners....1.33.38hr, lovely, easy paced run set off at dusk and finished in the dark, MYO XP working a treat.....
