    53mins easy recovery run after yesterdays session. A nice undulating run. Will squeeze in another couple of miles tonight either side of circuits...

    T'other half is ill, so no running for me over the past two nights....

    JODG ye may need to trade those road shoes in for a headtorch for the Chew Whiskey Trail

    6.2 miles - mostly road plus a good 'crispy leaf' section near Kirkstall Abbey. Blowing a gale as I went back up Pollard Lane hill from Newlay Bridge.
