Girly 2.5m at Fewston, out from the top carpark over the fields and back along the reservoir footpath.

I went round the Half Trog course today, nice and soft on the knee and no reaction afterwards so hopefully on the mend now
Bumped into a few Calderdale Leg 4 Relay runners on the climb up to Bogs Eggs Edge.
No country for old men.
After planning a 19 miler today, got bogged down in computerising my CV and looking for jobs on t'internet. Only managed a 3m jog with Mini-Merrylegs, 670 ft of climb with 30lbs on my back though. Not sure Girly is the right word mate, all the girly's on here are tough too
Owts better than nowt
Hills and Guinness!
7.35 miles (468m ascent) didn't time it though a lot faster than my ultra pace! Running a lot more with my OH now in preparation for a couple of 6-7 mile cross country races and hopefully a couple of fell races in the new year.
10 mile 2000ft over Pendle this morning.
Felt like an Ox.
as strong as one then? good sir, glad to hear it
A stringent session of calisthenics in the billiards room of all places, Mr Thorpe the gardener had overwatered the plants in the conservatory that my wife had him bring in and there was water all over the parquet floor. The drawing room was engaged by Mr Templeton-Bellows and his associates from the croquet club, a trying evening.
