    Re: Today's Training

been having a good week for me

Wednesday - 13 mile from Wet Sladdale taking in Branstree and Selside pike along the way
Thursday - Tentsmuir Forest Fife for an hour
Friday - 7 miler nipping up Cat Law in Angus
Saturday - 1hr 1/2 in Pitmadden forest in Perthshire
Sunday - Tentsmuir again for an hour
Monday - Starting at Backwater Res in Angus taking in Cowharn, about 11-12 miles, a good outing with amazing views of the Mounth and the Cairngorms

Lost a lot over the past few months in the pleasant but unispiriing wilds of Oxfordshire, need to be somewhere hillier and wilder to really get me and my expanding stomach out on the hill

Round Dovestones, up Chew Road, past the res. Trurned back at Chew Clough in five inch snow, when the bog monster bit me up to my thighs. Mine were the only footprints so no one to help pull me out! A shade under eight & around 1600 feet in 1:27.

Another good/postitive run, 1hr or so in the Fife part of Pitmadden forest, even the grouchy Alsation couldnt ruin it. Excellent views of the Firth Of Tay and the highlands on a clear sunny and frosty day

Did burpee challenge (D1 again), then straight on to bike for 30min hill sesh (killer after burpees). Bit of a row, 4x10 handclap presses, then some quad extensions and hamstring curls on weights machines. Rounded off with a good old stretching sesh.
