    last night 1/4/10

    6 miles steady off road social run. Approx 8 mile cycle trying my new fixie out - not convinced by it as yet.

    5 steady off road was going to be ten but very tired.

    Interesting, took 3 days off tueday to thursday, and just did modertate Hill walking instead of running, went out running round my usual training loop was super strong, very fast and less fatigue.

    Same hursty ive just been on a long hilly walk round pinhaw moor and elslack forest saw plenty grouse, hare, rabbits
    I ran and ran until my Muscles burned and my veins pumped battery acid, ....And then i ran some more.

    How nice. I've been stuck in the house supervising children.

    Does the reservoir look any good for potential open water swimming?
