    9 miles 1500' round the Wadsworth Half-Trog course this morning. Very boggy

    15 miles and 1000' ascent Oak Bank to John o'Gaunt castle on wet and heavy ground. Spring has definitely been postponed.

    A very wet & windy run on Scout Scar-Kendal with my dog.

    Saw Craig Roberts & Paul Dugdale( I think it was) obviously stretching their legs after Rivington Pike race.

    5ml / 1000ft up and down Beamsley Beacon with Stef followed by half a Rolos Easter egg. Nice way to round off Easter weekend

    four great snowy runs in four days:

    Thursday - up and down Skiddaw from Keswick, 7-8m 2,800ft?
    Friday - Braithwaite-Grisedale Pike-Hopegill Head-Whiteside-Buttermere, c. 9m 3,500ft?
    Saturday - Anni Waltz recce, 11.5m 3,600ft
    Sunday - Ennerdale recce, 23 mile 7,500ft

    managed to get out for a five miler around some local woods - very wet and muddy under foot, terroc's didn't fit the bill.

    it's weekends like that that make me think I could train for a BG, but days like Sunday that make me relieved I'm not doing!
