9.2 miles 1600 feet from the back door to West Nab, (probably the most northern 500 metre hill in the peak) and back again. A nice loosener after the 4 county tops on Tuesday.

LSD run, 16.4 miles 5130ft from Littondale to Kettlewell then up to Cam Pasture back down to Starbotton up to the Fox's Cross along to Buckden Pike then down to Buckden along the Dalesway and at last over Moor End Fell back to Arncliffe and now I am tired, but what a magnificent day, sunshine all the way and the views, this is what it's all about.
