    23 miles and roughly 2500' ascent on the Malhamdale Meander (LDWA event), 3 hours 52 mins.

    Did the calder valley round X 2 in prep for a new Ultra circular route I'm putting together in the peak next sat. 30 miles & 9328 feet in 7:16.
