28 miles on Sat holding up Spookster as I bumbled my nav! I have some kind of weird skin infection/infestation and am on a combination of anit fungal?anti Biotics. I am hoping this goes some way to explaining my mind numbingly dumb decisions at the weekend to nav from memory rather than map, or gps which sat in my rucksack! What a plonker Rodney!

4mi @ 7.35min/mi this morning over road and fields. Still slower than I'd like, but knee seems to be back to normal. Will try a run with Clayton tomorrow, and if all goes well will set up a CTJM? run on Sunday a.m.

Reverse Anni Waltz route with an extra climb across the Catbells ridge line to get back to the car. Perhaps 11 miles and 4000ft. Weeks holiday is great so far and I've done 10,000ft+ since Thursday

All right for some (enjoy mate)

Just pottered round Blackstone edge route. Very dry apart from that boggy field full of tussucks. Still a good route with every kind of terrain.
