Got to Swirl How ok, but strayed too far left and eventually dropped into Lever's water.

    Delayed entry for yesterday -

    Distance - 6.5 miles
    Time - 50 mins
    Terrain - road

Warmed down with a 200 squat rep

Still recovering from a knee problem but trying to maintain some running fitness and gently run through it.

    Re: Today's Training

    Wed - 10km (inc. 7.5km recce Monday's race)
    Thu - 10km (inc. -ditto-)
Fri - 90 mins swim/aquajog etc. (Bad idea. Did too much stretching & got a mild groin strain)
Sat - 2 hrs steady away on bike, country lanes (trying to ease out yesterday's injury)
    Sun - 3km jog
Mon - Pfandler Dam Race (AUT) overall 86/143 (5th M60) - only 4 1/2 mins covering the first 5 M60's, without the injury probably could have got 3rd instead of 5th
    Tue - 15km 'recovery' jog.
