I shall be doing a leisurely low level hour or so testing out Sunday's Windgather blisters and also trying out my new £ 6 Head trail shoes. Not sure thats a good combination ?

Stunning few nights recently, great time of year, the air gets clearer, great sunsets at around the time you'd normally run. Wife put some photos on her blog

Indeed, and looks like it'll be another lovely evening too. Might extend the blister test to include a hill or 2

5k blast along the Mersey tonight, a hard tempo effort really hurt at the end. I can't get enough of this weather it's been perfect running conditions in Manchester for ages...It has to start raining soon surely?

brilliant run today even if it was on that hard stuff.

14 miles, 2000ft over country hilly lanes. from chez IDP into Ewden valley up to Strines road across to High Bradfield-Low Bradfield. Up to Mortimer Road and back up to Bar Dike-Ewden valley-Bolterstone- home. went up the last big hill with a spring in my step. felt really good.
