A fabulous 2 hour run over the cliffs from Seaton to Branscombe via Beer. The tide was on the way out so I got a bonus of about a mile on the beach. A gorgeous fresh sunny autumn day, and lots of lovely comments from walkers

Brisk hour or so on Hobson Moor with a fellow Pennine. Weather was foul and freezing but had a cracking run all the same!

went out on a hilly road session with a few DPers inc Green flash. Very wet and cold. reckon I hit stage 1 Hypothermia. hadn't eaten enough and or had enough clothes on. I'm sat here with 4 fleeces on and a hat and still feel rough.

Don't know how far or how much climbing, TBH I don't care, I feel shit. Bed calls

Blimey Ian, take it steady mate. I'll be there next week to chase you up them thar hills.

Training tonight was two pints of Guinness. Well, I've battered the running this weekend so thought I'd swap over to my favourite type of carb loading in advance of Pendle

It was cold tonight and bloody windy on the tops. My mate who was running with me said there was snow on Higher Shelf Stones so god knows what the weather's going to be like at Dunnerdale..

Well snow has hit the Lakes hills (I can see Wansfell from here, and it's white!) I can confirm, so expect some in Dunnerdale

I've entered Pendle last week and then got very lazy.

1 run in a week not the best preparation. Must get out tonight
