Haven't run for 12 days, but have managed 30 to 60 mins langlauf skiing every day except for 2 humungous hangover days. Biceps now like Garth and I can do the splits. Not got a clue what that will do to my running.
Afternoon off work but no car today to get to the proper Peak District fells. Therefore its run from Stockport and 3 hours or so up and down Werneth Low, Mellor Moor area. Hoping for 7 or 8 climbs with 3500 ft or so of climbing
An hour on and around Baildon Moor, Sconce Lane & Harvey Smith's gallops - good to get the wave harriers nice and muddy again!!

16 fantastic miles from Baildon Moors, up to Dick Hudsons & over onto Bingley Moors. Picked up the Rombalds Stride Route to Whetstone Gate & West Buck Stones. Then came back on the path above Swastika Stone above Ilkley & past the 12 Apostles & back to Baildon via Weecher Reservoir, Harvey Smiths Gallops & Trig Point. According to the Garmin I burned off 1700 calories. That's a lot of red wine to drink diring the Spurs V Chelsea match.
A Cheeky 7 miles around the Wessenden Valley at 7:15 am this morning. Dark, (no headtorch!), icy, some snow still, and great fun. !012 ft gained and lost. Set to break my measured record milage this year!
Haven't run for weeks. Managed to get out for 8 miles of rolling hills this morning. Good to be running again

8.5 miles on ilkley moor this morning 2000ft ascent/descent. Very boggy in places which made for slow going but still good to get out.
