Possibly followed by a few anti-inflammatory Guinness or Strongbows

    Probably not

One of the regular Peakland runners on here (Grouse?) swears by dunking feet and lower legs in a bucket of cold water after running to ward off Achilles problems and icing is a well established method of dealing with injuries so an ice-bath might make sense. Rather you than me tbh as I don't fancy it especially in wintertime

Most of the races I've done this winter have had ice baths incorporated on the way round. What's the point of another one? They don't get the peat stains out and you'd have to warm your beer up in the microwave before climbing in.

Stands for Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation. Give me a Ring if you need to know how to perform it properly. 01229 480422 am in at the moment.

Better to explain how to do it than write an esay on it. Other information can be found on the Sports injury clinic website on PNF
