    I'm trying to improve my flexibility.

    How often do you guys stretch?

    What have you done that has had the biggest effect on your suppleness & flexibility?

    Hamstring and ITB stretches every day.

    Always post-run. If I do stretch pre-run, it doesn't work. My muscles need to be warmed up first.

    Mainly post run. I've tried to keep pre-run 'stretching' to dynamic, but have found that a few light ham stretches help me a lot.

    Post run, I stretch quads, ITB, calves, hamstrings, and the calf/achilles exercises focussing on dorsiflexion of the foot.

    Everytime I have been to the physio when injured.

    Not a big believer in stretching.

    Dynamic stretching pre run, the usual post run and then a few more throughout the day if my muscles are feeling tight

    Hardly ever this year
    Frequent but moderate workouts on a consistent basis are the key to success

    Very, very infrequently. I stretch when I feel like I need it.

    I think that opening the joints is better pre run, ankle rolls, hip circles etc, etc. I usually do these before a long run.
