Hamstring and ITB stretches every day.

Always post-run. If I do stretch pre-run, it doesn't work. My muscles need to be warmed up first.
Be Humble. Sit Down.
Everytime I have been to the physio when injured.
Not a big believer in stretching.
Dynamic stretching pre run, the usual post run and then a few more throughout the day if my muscles are feeling tight

Very, very infrequently. I stretch when I feel like I need it.
I think that opening the joints is better pre run, ankle rolls, hip circles etc, etc. I usually do these before a long run.
