Having not been there for years can anyone tell me about the cycling right by the reservoir is like? Is it tarmac? Is it resonably flat? Suitable for a child trailer?
Having not been there for years can anyone tell me about the cycling right by the reservoir is like? Is it tarmac? Is it resonably flat? Suitable for a child trailer?
Not tarmac but certainly rideable on any sort of bike. Much smoother than a few years ago when I took my daughter round on her trailer bike. I'd say first half is tarmac, the second is hardcore/forestry track. there will be loads out on their bikes over the weekend. even the stream crossing(just after the road finishes) is gone
