Pain in the foot.

After about 1 hour of running i start getting pain in the part of the foot i have put in a circle. Anybody knows what might be the cause? Thanks!

The heel is the largest bone in the foot. Heel pain is the most common foot problem. Flat feet or high arches can contribute to painful problems in the feet, knees, back and hips.

I'm no podiatrist, but it looks to me like the areas on the picture might not be the heels, knees, back or hips.

I have the same issue, Doctor suggested that it was tendonitis, I have found that I get an improvement with orthotics in my shoes. I think this is because they limit pronation and raise the ball of my foot slightly. Also ibroubfen helped to settle it down.

See a podiatris but I have a problem exactly in the same area on one foot.

so try Sesamoiditis, Difficult to sort out and is basically inflamation of the sesamoid bone under the ball of the foot

But see some one who will be able to deal with it properly

it can be ligamentous laxity or contusion because of coercion that stronger than your ligaments.. i think you should visit your doctor to avoid any consequences.
