    Free Zipvit energy & recovery

Just picked up a free box of goodies from Zipvit in Rugeley. Only 1 per household. £4.99 for the delivery.
Get you aunties, uncles, parents, brothers, sisters or whoever to get you one as well

Not tried any yet but the recovery drink could be a good one

Only tried the protein bar so far. tasted pretty good. Banana & blueberry. Got some of the Zippro protein as well as I wanted to try and get more protein for recovery etc, that doesn't taste that great in the vanilla. Its too watery in the dosage they state but is o.k as 250ml to 4 scoops instead of the 3

Yes, you can pick them up from the 'world HQ' factory shop on power station road in Rugeley but you still have to pay the £4.99 postage. I was driving past anyway and dropped in.

I know Cervelo test team and radio shak are sponsored by them but am unsure of what the riders use, if anything

Just received my goody box....not tried anything yet but what a bargain. I doubt that the protein shakes will be better quality or tasting than the Maxitone I already use. Cheers for the link Fly.

I got a couple of these a while back (one to home address and another to work). I really like the products, especially the yoghurt coated banana and blueberry protein recovery bars and the uncoated chocolate energy bars. I always struggle to 'chew' anything when on the move and the energy bars seem to be a lot easier to get down then others I've tried.

The only thing I didn't like was the Caffeine Energy Plus Gel. Seemed to do the trick but didn't like the consistency, almost had to chew it!

By the way the protein recovery bars are on special offer, buy one box get another free - quite a saving.
