Training Run Howgills

Hi All,

I know its a bit short notice, but if anybody is off work or retired or on the sick tommorow afternoon and they fancy joining me for a run in the howgills. I will be doing the full sedbergh hills race route. I should be at the peoples hall in sedbergh at 2pm.

It will be a slow plod and Im taking some butties

any other friday i would have been happy to join you, but i am of to Milngavie for the Highland Fling.

I do not work fridays and normally go for a LSR usually between 20-40 miles off road.

i am all sorted with races and holidays etc but come July i will have time on my hands again let me know if you are free on fridays to run i on the lakeland fells.

my race calendar is pretty booked up for the most of summer. The weekends I am not racing I will be up for a run on friday afternoons.

I think there is a gap in may the weekend after buttermere.
