Roclite 315

Hi, you may remember i wrote a thread regarding footwear about a month ago, well as the title suggests i went for roclite 315 from sweatshop it only took three weeks for them to come in. Anyway thats not what this thread is about, i was advised to buy half a size larger but when i tried them out on a run last night they felt like there was a bit too much room in them and i had to have the laces tied so that there was only 2cm between the uppers all the way up, is this normal? i started to get pins and needles near the end of the run but my feet felt fine afterwards.

You might need volume adjusters to tailor the fit. Pete Blands do them in 3mm and 6mm;

I have to use an extra 3mm in my Roclites. Pins and needles can only mean the lacing was too tight!

is there too much room in lengthwise though? got to have the length right I think and then maybe compensate for width with volume adjuster, lacing whatever ....

how many mm from the toes to the front of the shoe should there ieally be for a correct fitting shoe?

i was told 1 fingers depth between toes and front of trainer, they feel good in the length and width. Maybe i'll pick up some volume adjusters tonight, am i right in thinking that go outdoors stock them?
