Purchased a Garmin 205 to help me get round Jura if misty even though I have done it 14 times (successfully) + a few failures.

How do I download a map of the course so that I can set compass bearings

You don't need a Garmin 205, Tony. You just need a few metres of decent bungee cord. Attach one end to yourself, and the other end to your mate Jack. Job's a good 'un!

Trouble is Jack and most of the others who go to JUra are too fast for me. What I need is a better memory or to pick the right person to follow from the start.
