My thanks to Tony and his team for putting the race on. The route had dried out quite a bit from yesterday so was fast today. The last short steep climb took me and a few others by surprise a bit though.
The big news is Emma was first lady (she is far too modest to announce this herself ) and got her prize in front of a proud mum

3:13.50 but only spent 1 46 running. I had an hour sat on a rock navigating and then got hypothermia on Garnedd ugain another 15 minutes

Thanks to all the team for a great race, never done this before as it last ran when I was a mere slip of a lass lots of marshalls, it was very well run and organised
Loved to route, bit of everything for everyone, I'm glad that tussocky stretch had those flags though, could have seen me going very wrong if they hadn't been there.
Oh, yes and Alf, thanks to you again for LYING!!!! You definately said Whittle pike was the last climb...how on earth could forget that other massive one??
