    BG Help Needed Fri 18th June

    Hi all,

    A friend of mine is making an attempt this coming friday, he is struggling for support on Legs 1 (nav) and Leg 3 (Carrying). If anyone is available to help that would be great, could you drop me a PM and Ill pass on your contact details.

    Im not fit enough for these legs at the mo
