Hope all those who cant run have informed the race secretary so that people on the reserve list can get a run. If Borrowdale is anything to go by there should be a few who have decided that they would rather be somewhere else!!

Upped my milage, also 2 hill sessions per week and dropped 11lb body weight. I am looking forward to the day now. Should race a stone lighter and a lot fitter.

Last year the shortest route was the best route and the front end of the field appeared to know where they were going
