Hey up, having finished Tanky's (& not last!), I've set this as my goal for spring bank holiday week. I thought I was going to have to give up bog trotting due to a spinal problem. Physio has kept it this side of bearable, so I am having another year at it. I'm happy about route choices etc, but I would value info/counsel about nutrition pace, best time to start, a good time to aim for (I'm about 5:20 one way) etc. Also is there anyone who fancies coming along?
