Does anyone know how the scores are worked out (as a percentage) for the best improver in the L.C.T?

I don't, but I know a man who does - Mr. Breeze
We will divide points gained for 2010 by points gained in 2009 for runners and highest % receives the mug.
We have only awarded it in 2009 and 2008. The idea from 2008 onwards has been to recognise runners who return after their first attempt and do much better so we only expect to award it to runners on their second consecutive attempt ie not someone who has completed the LCT several times, does badly one year and then reverts to normal good form the following year thereby showing a high % improvement.

"...as dry as the Atacama desert".
Bit harsh to do much better and be a mug.
Is a MUG the correct choice of momento?
