    The Girls did super at the weekend in Italy taking Team Silver and all making the top 10. A mention should also go to Ffion Price from Brecon who ran superbly well and took the Gold medal.

    The boys also had good runs - all 6 were making their overseas mountain running debuts and will learn stacks from the experience.

    Thanks to Bashir and Jackie for looking after them all and to the FRA and EA for supporting development trips like this.

    Thanks for this WP, inspirational for my lad. Like to add my thanks to FRA & EA also, such an important thing to do.
    ps nice to see you at Patterdale Graham, some terrific young talents there, so important to nurture..
