Great Cafes for post run

Great stuff, another good one is running towards North York Moors east coast and drop down to Whitby for a mug of tea and fish and chips from Trenchers. On the search for a new tea room this weekend, i'll be out on the moors again with my doggy if her paw has healed up.

Alf,if you up our way (north yorks moors /east coast) try the Danby Moors Centre , I would recomend the Jacksons sausage sandwich.
I can endorse the Caselton tea rooms, this has recently been taken over by a young couple ,i frequented the place after several long runs this winter ,the homemade apple pie is excellent .
Also give Bothams a try at Whitby ,not the small one but the larger tea rooms up the hill.
Ps There is a race from the Lrdstones cafe area on Sunday

(many missed & lamented too??? the original Coopers Cafe, for a start, in the old railway trucks...... + Twenty Trees now that's a heckin bistro with an appropriate name... )

Anyone remember that cafe in Keswick that used to do pint mugs of tea and top nosh? Think its a chinese takeaway now or a treking company or something

There's a cafe called the Pavillion i think on route of The Dales way somewhere nr Bolton castle, the strid that bit, it was nice , hope it's still there.
