    Hey John thanks very much! Iv been doing a bit of research and there is a few clubs close to me. Dalllam seems like a good choice. Next run will be Loughrigg i think. Really looking forward to it.

    AMBLESIDE AC is a really friendly club.
    A mixed bag of abilities, the main thing is to get out and enjoy.

    settle harriers are a good club with a lot of friendly ladies.
    beetham sports on saturday july 30th is a good short race. probably more of a trail race but is popular
