I managed to win even though i was shocking at the water jump.
No matter what i tried i could only land two footed in the water, it wasn't pretty.
The time (9.42) was nothing spectacular but i'm a bit short on sessions and training at the minute.
I then ran the 1500m and hour later in my waterlogged spikes and managed to get 2nd place.
Did you race Bisto in the 1500 then or was he racing somewhere else?

no didn't race bisto. Iwas in ellesmere port. Not sure where he was.

Sorry I couldn't do better in the 800 - that is as fast as my legs will carry me at present - felt like my throat and chest were on fire for a good while after it! I'm definitely getting to old for events like that!
