Some of us do this too regularly, or at least are very close to the back, 3rd from last at buttermere!!! Am almost always the last KCAC runner, and the triathlons I do often have another KCAC member who beats me, even those I do in Notts!!!!

The great thing about Coniston Gullies is that everyone finishes within 15 minutes of everyone else.

Getting close now, an accurate weather forecast is only a few days away. Seniors first at 13.15hrs remember.

A few people have missed this having failed to spot the seniors first bit. I'll be there with a car full of kids (well really young adults). Just hope that my knee survives the run.

I'm all set to be taken to school all season, just as long as my glass ankles hold out. I've entered properly this year instead of being a wallflower, i got in early and bagged number 18 which i've managed to fold very neatly and laminate so it's taller than it is wide- perfect.

Good to hear you've signed up this year. I'm looking forward to seeing you shoot past everyone with the wind in your spinnaker-sized number.
