I've got an entry but not sure if I'm going to go for it... still dithering
Looks like a good one but I'm not sure I've got the time to give it the training it deserves
If no one else gets back to you pm me in a weeks time and I'll give you a definite answer!

'Ow do. There always seem to be a few spare entries nearer the time, I'm sure someone on the forum will be happy to oblige if Shazza can't.

Having run the race before all I can say is that it's quite, errm, "unique". How many UK road marathons have you running up hill from the 21 mile mark, through a quarry before crossing a field and a final short road section to the finish? Marvellous on tired legs!

Cheers for the replies. I'll start training accordingly.

Oh brill. Just what I wanted to hear. Well, better find some hills to run up at the end of a 20 mile training run.
Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm.

I'd be careful with that. They normally let too many in assuming a % will drop out and seem quite strict on no substitutions. Not sure if you sore the report on the snowdon race website, but they take it seriously.

Sorry Oscar mate, hadnt seen that and you might have some issues disguising yourself as a blond girl from London

I should probably stop messing around and get on with some training... the course does sound a bit special :w00t:

Not definate but heard that it was nant gwynant so presume that means using the old road instead.

They could also opt to use the road in beddgelert forest for a bit to get people off the road there.
