Fron Skipton a run up Sharp Haw and Rough Haw is great or follow the Stirton Fell Race route which goes a little beyond them towards Flasby before coming back. Running a loop from Embsay Reservoir up Embsay Crag and then on into the moor before looping back following the ridge line is another. You can even do a big loop from Skipton up Bog lane, over Sharp Haw towards Flasby before following the 'OS shown' footpaths to Hetton then heading up to Rylstone Cross before going back to Skipton via the ridge down into Embsay.

You can also buy a map and work out a couple of routes all on your tod

Sharp Haw, Rough Haw, Rylstone and Embsay Moor 17 or 18 miles

Sharp Haw and Rough Haw from Tarn House Caravan Site 6.5 miles

Sharp Haw, Rough Haw and Skipton Woods from the Swimming Pool 10 miles

Appltreewick, Burnsall Fell, Rylstone Fell, Bolton Abbey and Simon's Seat 23 miles. (I started from Appletreewick but the same route could be started from Rylstone, Embsay or the cattle grid on the tops above Eastby very easily)

Bolton Abbey and Simon's Seat 13 miles

Embsay Crag, Embsay Moor and Rylstone Cross 7.5 miles

    Enjoy
