Hey fellows,
Has anyone had any experience of ITBS and using a "jump rope"? As there isn't much knee bend in skipping I think it'll be ok, any thoughts?
Cheers,
Matt

I phoned the local builder's merchant and asked him if I could have a skip outside my house.
He said: "I'm not stopping you."
Tao begets one. One begets two. Two begets all things.
i tried it and found it was more benificial to just attempt to hop,
problem is where do you do it,
in the garden in the dark?
so tried when wife and i were out walking,
when no one is about i hop for as far as i can,
first one leg then the next,i try to hop on soft ground.
ok,so i look stupid but it does assist the injury.
she was actually my 'look out',
in case anyone was coming
That's beautful Dylan, like an extended haiku. Should be on the poetry thread.
